My iMac will not open my Silhouette Studio software. It seems to get 'stuck' on loading the library in the software. I've tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it, several times. I've restarted the computer, shut it down and brought it back up several days later.

I've scanned with an antivirus software to see if maybe that was the issue. All of this to no avail. I'm not really sure what to do next.

If you do and the product still has problems, please discuss the issues you are having with the developers to see if they have a solution.
